M E M O R A N D U M TO: UHC Trustees FROM: David C. Damschen President and CEO DATE: May 23, 2025 SUBJECT: Cancellation of June 26, 2025 Board of Trustees Meeting Please be advised that the Utah Housing Corporation Regular Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, has been canceled. Instead, a Special Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025. The next regularly scheduled Utah Housing Corporation Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025. Thank you.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
