- AGENDA SUMMIT COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY Friday, June 13, 2025 NOTICE is hereby given that the Summit County Housing Authority will meet at the anchor location of Sheldon Richins Auditorium: 1885 W. Ute Blvd, Park City, UT 84098. All times listed are general in nature and are subject to change by the Board Chair. 1. Roll Call a. Oath of office for Summit County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. 2. Public Comment for Items Not on the Agenda To make a public comment, please raise your hand and wait to be called on to speak. You may also submit comments ahead of time by emailing mmcdonough@summitcountyutah.gov or calling 435-615-3958. 3. Appoint Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary Commissioners will discuss and then vote to appoint a Board of Commissioners Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary in accordance with the Summit County Housing Authority bylaws. 1. Commissioners will share their SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis related to affordable housing in Summit County. 2. Discussion regarding model housing authorities with a particular focus on identifying goals, objectives, and strategies that may be relevant and implementable in Summit County. 3. Discussion regarding short and long term goals as well as an outline of first year priorities and expectations. 4.
