DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. May 21, 2025.
2. Minor Plat Amendment
A. MIKE LEWIS AMENDED PLAT. This proposal involves amending residential lot lines located at 896 East 1000 South.
3. Site Plan
A. SAR INVESTMENTS (OFFICE/WAREHOUSE BUILDING). This proposal involves the development of a three-unit industrial building located at 3501 North 1150 West.
4. Final Plat
A. SUNSET VILLAGE 2025. This proposal involves the approval of a Final Plat for a Master Planned Development for 40 multi-family units located at approximately 900 North 200 West.
5. Annexation
A. RAY ALLEN SWENSON ANNEXATION. This request is for acceptance of the Ray Allen Swenson Annexation for further study. The proposed annexation is 64.42 acres located at approximately 1730 West SR-77.
B. STEWART FARMS ANNEXATION. This proposal involves annexing 77.73 acres of land by resolution into the city located at approximately 1000 South 3400 East.
6. Concept Review
A. NORTH AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL LOT 17 CONCEPT.
7. Title 15 Amendment
A. TITLE 15.4.12.070 REIMBURSABLE PROJECTS UPDATES.. This proposal involves updating eligible design costs that are being made to the City's Reimbursable costs under 15.4.12.070 Reimbursable Projects.
8. Fire Code Regulations
A. WILDLAND URBAN INTERFACE CODE. This proposal involves the adoption of the Wildland Urban Interface into the City Code that will go into effect by the State January 1, 2026.
