- Coalville City Municipal Election 2025 I, Trevor Devey, Recorder for Coalville City, do hereby certify that the following individuals have the qualifications to be candidates in the 2025 Municipal Election. Coalville City will elect a Mayor and two (2) City Council members during the 2025 Municipal Election. Each office is for a four (4) term. The Primary Election is scheduled for August 12, 2025. The General Election is scheduled for November 4, 2025. Mayor Candidates: Rory Thomas Swensen Tyler J.
