General Notice:
Roosevelt City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Page Bench Water Line Replacement.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Jones and De Mille Engineering located at 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt, Utah, 84066 until Monday, June 30, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 2,500 L.F. of 20-inch HDPE water line, 3,700 L.F. of 12-inch C900 water line, associated service connections, fire hydrants, air release stations, road repair, and associated work. Bids will be received for Single Contract.
Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,220,000. The Project is expected to be completed by October 15, 2025.
Obtaining Bidding Documents:
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the Bonfire website. For first time users, follow the 'Register' button at the top right hand corner of the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) portal provided by Utah State Purchasing at utah.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. Any responses received through the U3P Jaggaer courtesy posting will not be considered responsive, nor will they be evaluated. Questions or needed assistance can be directed to the online knowledge base, the FAQs page, or the Bonfire Support Team at support@gobonfire.com.
The designated website will be updated with addenda, plan holders list, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Pre-bid Conference:
A pre-bid conference will not be held.
Instructions to Bidders:
This is a federally funded project. All bidders are required to make the six good faith efforts to assure compliance with the State's 'fair share goals' and are required to comply with EEO regulations.
For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted.
