- SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT MEETING AGENDA BUDGET HEARING Date: Thursday, June 12, 2025 10:00 am 32 East 450 North, Ephraim, Utah 1. SANPETE CD FY 2026 BUDGET HEARING a) Open budget hearing b) Review and approve FY 2026 budget c) Close budget hearing 2. Welcome and Introductions a) Approve meeting agenda for June 12, 2025. Is there anything else that needs to be added to it? b) Approve minutes from May 8, 2025. 3. Clerk Report: a) 4th quarter UCC reimbursements are ready to be submitted (SERA, Financial) b) FY 2026 will be uploaded to the State Auditor 4. Financial Business: CD Board a) Deposits made b) A motion is needed to pay all outstanding bills/invoices before the board. a. Invoice for Tracy Balch (FY 2025 quarter 4 clerk contract): $1,050.00 5. Board Business: Board Members a) Upcoming projects b) SERA: motion to use SERA funds for any Supervisor attending the meetings mentioned during the meeting. 6.
