NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Elk Ridge will hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with City Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Elk Ridge City Hall, 80 E. Park Drive, Elk Ridge, Utah. 7:00 PM - REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA Opening Remarks if Volunteered Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Agenda / Time Frame Roll Call Update from Planning Commission Public Forum 2 MINUTES MAXIMUM PER PERSON PUBLIC HEARING 1. 25/26 Tentative Budget see attachment AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Rezoning and General Plan Amendment located at 33 W Coley's Cove HR1 to R-1-15,000 see attachment 2. Motorized Vehicles: E Bikes, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Scooters 3. Bicycles 4. Cemetery Discussion 5. Burn Permit Discussion 6. Adopt 25/26 Tentative Budget Resolution 25-06-10-1R 7. Approve Minutes for May 13, 2025 see attached 8.
