- Boulder Town, Utah Notice Planning Commission Public Hearing Boulder Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. The public hearing is to receive input regarding the following: The Town Council assigned the Planning Commission the task of reviewing the initial problem statement regarding commercial zones during the regular meeting on June 5, 2025. The Commission is to consider amending the Table of Uses (Boulder Town Code 153.117) to remove commercial uses from the GMU zone. Please email the Boulder Town Clerk at townclerk@boulder.utah.gov or the Planning Commission Chair at nancy.tosta@boulder.utah.gov to submit written comments for inclusion in the meeting materials.
