Ephraim City Notice of Certified Candidates for Municipal Office Published pursuant to Utah Code § 20A-9-203(8)(a)-(b) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that following the close of the candidate filing period on June 6, 2025, Ephraim City Recorder has: 1. Compiled and certified the following list of candidates whose declarations of candidacy have been accepted and who meet the statutory required under Utah Code § 20A-9-203(1)-(4). 2. Submitted the official list to the Lieutenant Governor as required by § 20A-9-203(8)(b). 2025 Ephraim Municipal Election - Certified Candidates Filing Period: June 2, 2025 - June 6, 2025 Mayor (one 4-year position): - Stephen C. Brandt - Dennis Junior Nordfelt - Chris Larsen City Council (two 4-year positions): - Troy C. Birch - Eddy Christensen - Melissa 'Missy' Lee Corona - Osbaldo Jimenez Ortiz - Anna Johnson - Loren Dale Steck - Tyra Taylor - Jack E. Dalene These names will appear on August 12, 2025, municipal primary election ballot . Notice to the Public - This Notice serves as a Class A publication in compliance with Title 63G, Chapter 30, Section 102, and will be posted for seven consecutive calendar days in official public places and on the city's website. - The candidate list has been delivered to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor as mandated by § 20A-9-203(8)(b).
