Appointment of new Planning Commission Chair. 2. Discussion relative to developing a short-term rental ordinance. 3. Discussion relative to adjustment to yard setbacks in R2 and R3 residential zones. 4. Discussion regarding the square footage and second floor restrictions in 'Accessory Dwelling Unit' code (17.40.040). 5. Consideration of approval for minutes of the meeting of May 13, 2025.
