New Business: - Council Discussion to obtain information for a draft to send to Town Attorney concerning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter V Table 4 of the Land Use Code Minimum Setback from a Dwelling or Accessory Building to any Lot Line abutting a Street and Meeting Regulations. - Discussion and Adoption of Amended FY 2025 Budget - Discussion and Adoption of Proposed FY 2026 Budget - Approval of Transfer of Funds FY 2026 - Clerk Position and salary discussion - Pumper #2 emergency repair cost and Council discussion regarding future repairs - Brad Peacock- Volunteers needed for Pleasant Valley Days - Election 2025 Candidate results. Old Business: - Ordinance 5-19-2025 Noise, Nuisance, and Lighting is with Town Attorney for review and revision. Adjourn:
