EASTLAND SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT--Meeting Agenda Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 6:00 PM MST At the Eastland Schoolhouse 1- Vote: Approval of previous meeting minutes (3/12/2025 meeting) 2- Public Comment: Time for citizens to address Board on matters not on the agenda. Chair may limit the duration of each speaker to 3 minutes. Discussion Items 1-Update: YTD Financials-Janet/Kay 2-Update: Current DEQ IPS Report and wiring for generator (CAP and 25+100 points by 9/30/25+Cost)-Janet/Nate 3-Update-ESSD Water Rights (09-2163 Fixed Time Renewal or 300 ac ft permanent rights from San Juan Water Conservancy District). Deed and ROC app-Janet 4-Update: Consumer Confidence Report 2024--done -Janet 5-Update: 2023 Drinking Water Source Protection Plan approved by state. Next update due in 12/31/2028-Janet 6- Discussion Meters status and updates (fixes and routing and other)-Nancy 7- Update: Steele Property hookup and agreements with county/Steele/ESSD-Janet Action Items 8-Discusion/Vote: Credit Card Policy-Kay/Janet 9- Discussion/Vote: 2024 Financial Report, Certification Letter-Janet 10-Discussion/Vote: Free water for Bill Richardson ongoing?-Janet 11-Vote: Possible Budget adjustments 2025--Janet Cost to repair Long Draw stand--Kay Cost to wire for generator (from Northern Electric)- Nate/Janet Cost for new water rights app $85 paid/2 or 3 more docs to file/Cost $300-Janet 12-Vote: Designation of next meeting-September 10, 2025-(second Wednesdays/Quarter)-all 13-Vote: Adjournment-all
