The Grand County Commission will consider proposed amendments to Article 4.7 (High Density Housing Overlay District) of the Land Use Code, with potential approval or denial to follow. These updates, a priority in recent County Commission discussions, include revisions to definitions such as 'Actively Employed Household' and 'Local Area' to expand eligibility. The proposed changes also affect Deed Restriction, Enforcement, Remedies, Rules and Regulations, and other sections of the code.
