- Notice City of Saratoga Springs, Utah 2025 Municipal Candidates Notice is hereby given that the candidate filing period for municipal elections in Utah has closed. The following is the list of qualified Candidates who have filed for office in the City of Saratoga Springs and whose names will appear on the ballot in the order shown below. Mayor Candidate to serve a four-year term, January 2026 to January 2030: CHRIS CARN City Council Candidates (2 seats) to serve a four-year term each, January 2026 to January 2030: EMMA WILSON KEVIN MCMILLAN MICHAEL D.S. MCOMBER ESTHER SEKIZIYIVU JEFF LONGMORE - Withdrawn ROB TAYLOR TYLER TOLLEY RANDALL DIAMOND Vote by Mail Ballots will be mailed approximately 21 days before the election. Please make sure voter registration is valid and up to date.
