- HELPER CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Helper City Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on amending the budget for FY 2024-2025. The Public Hearing will be held Thursday June 19, 2025 at approximately 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at 19 South Main Street Helper, Utah. Any Person Having an interest in this matter may attend and be heard during the public hearing. Written comments and request for copies of materials can be emailed to deputyrecorder@helpercity.gov 24 hours prior to the meeting. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling (435) 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended. I Shaley Vasquez Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice was posted on the 6th day of June 2025 at Helper City Hall, Helper City Website, and Utah Public Notice Website.
