- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Minor Subdivision: Request by Jake Jones for a three-lot subdivision located at approximately 1185 S 3000 W. The project contains approximately 1 acre in the R-2 zone. Minor Subdivision: Request by Costco Wholesale for an eight-lot subdivision located at approximately SW Corner of Antelope Drive and 3000 W. The proposed project contains approximately 32 acres in the GC zone. Text Amendment: Proposed revisions to ordinances that pertain to Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) regulations.
