NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on June 17, 2025, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items:
FY 2026 Budget Adoption:
- State statute requires that the City Council hold a public hearing on the tentative budget and that the budget be adopted by June 30. The tentative budget was accepted by the City Council on May 6, 2025, and a public hearing was held on June 3, 2025. This is the final public hearing. The final budget and certified tax rate will be the document that governs the expenditures for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. Compensation Increase:
- A Public Hearing is being conducted to consider Public Comment on the compensation increases for Executive Municipal Officers that are included in the proposed FY 2025-2026 Budget. Budget Amendment:
- Amendment #7 to the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget: Amending the General Fund, Capital Project Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Debt Service Funds, and Enterprise Funds. Eagle Mountain City Staff Point of Contact: Kimberly Ruesch, Administrative Services Director kruesch@eaglemountain.gov
Porter's Crossing Town Center Master Development Plan Amendment:
- For the purpose of rezoning Parcel No. 58:034:0584 from Open Space to R1. The property is located between 4011 E. St. Andrews Drive and 4002 E. Gazelle Run. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Planner, Steven Lehmitz: slehmitz@eaglemountain.gov.
Materials for public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
