PUBLIC NOTICE BUDGET HEARING Notice is hereby given that on May 21, 2025, the Sigurd Town Council set a tentative budget for the fiscal year 2025-2026. This budget includes all estimated revenues and all appropriations for expenditure required. Sigurd Town will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street, Sigurd, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is the adoption of the 2025-2026 budget and certified tax rate for Sigurd Town by resolution. The 2025-2026 budget may also be opened and amended by resolution. As required by law, the Municipal Building Authority of Sigurd Town has set a tentative budget for fiscal year 2025-2026. The Municipal Building Authority of Sigurd Town will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street, Sigurd, Utah, in conjunction with the regular hearing and meeting of Sigurd Town. The purpose of the hearing is for the adoption of the 2025-2026 Budget for Sigurd Town and the Municipal Building Authority of Sigurd Town by resolution. This budget is open for public inspection prior to adoption June 18, 2025. The Budget may be inspected at the office of the Town Clerk, 595 North State Street, Sigurd, Utah. Vickie B.
