Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Taylor West Weber Water Improvement District is conducting a Declaration of Candidacy for three elected Trustee positions for the election that will be held on November 4th, 2025. Declaration of Candidacy filings must be made in person at the District office during regular business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., between Monday, June 2nd thru Friday, June 6th and also on Monday, June 9th. (Filings will also be accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. if you call the office to make these arrangements.) Candidate Qualifications: 1. Be a U.S. Citizen 2. Be a registered voter in the District 3. Reside within the District's boundaries for 12 consecutive months 4. Not convicted of a felony, treason, crime or offense related to elections 5. Cannot have been declared mentally incompetent
