- A public hearing will be held on the following matters: - The Planning Commission will consider forwarding a recommendation to the City Council for a petition to create a new subdistrict zone to regulate developments on lots, or contiguous lots of the same ownership, greater than five acres in the Downtown District. The Applicant is South Salt Lake. - An application for preliminary subdivision plat for a one-lot plat, located at 120 E Spencer Ave. The applicant is Jian Zheng. A public meeting will be held on the following matter: - An application to amend a Conditional Use Permit, C-16-040, for a Multi-Family Residential Building, (the HUB) located at 3848 South West Temple. - An application of a Conditional Use Permit for a Pharmacy located at 239 West 2100 South in the Downtown District, Station Subdistrict. The Applicant is Genoa Healthcare. - An application of a Conditional Use Permit for two electronic billboards located at 500 West 2890 South in the Flex District. The applicant is Reagan Outdoor Advertising.
