Members: Welcome newly appointed members, and thank you to existing members for renewing their terms and positions. A note for the members to think about is in July the chairman changes over.
Brian Nelson: is requesting approval to construct a shed on his property located 284 N 5th E.
Tim Hathorne: is requesting approval to construct a house and garage located at 264 N Dry Creek.
William Christensen: is requesting approval to construct a house located at 580 N 1st Dry Creek.
JR Brown is requesting approval to enclose a hot tub on his property at 83 W 2nd N.
Traci Frost is requesting approval to construct a staircase onto the KOA building located at 320 W HWY 43.
Amending Article 5, section 503, 7; The garage placement and regulations ordinance.
Glamping Ordinance the board will potentially make a recommendation to the Town Council and potentially schedule a public hearing.
Implementing an ordinance officer.
Discuss how upcoming developments may affect the current cap of 15 Short-term rentals.
A development review committee meeting will be held later this month to discuss thoughts and concerns on upcoming development.
