- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, at their meeting of June 3, 2025, passed and adopted the following Ordinances: - Ordinance 25-40 (06-03-25) Adopting Title 11 to the Saratoga Springs City Code. - Ordinance 25-41 (06-03-25) Amending the City of Saratoga Springs Consolidate Fee Schedule. - Ordinance 25-42 (06-03-25) Approving a Community Plan and Village Plan amendment for the Saratoga Springs 7 Project. - Ordinance 25-43 (06-03-25) Approving Village Plan 9 for the Wildflower Development. - Ordinance 25-44 (06-03-25) Approving Community Plan and Village Plan amendments for the Jordan Promenade 'Wander' Development. - Ordinance 25-45 (06-03-25) Adopting Amendments to the Saratoga Springs City Code. - Ordinance 25-46 (06-03-25) Adopting Amendments to Title 19-Land Development Code of the Saratoga Springs City Code. Copies of these Ordinances are on file in the office of the City of Saratoga Springs City Recorder and are available for review during business hours. This notice has been posted on: The Utah Public Notice Website, The City of Saratoga Springs Website, and The City of Saratoga Springs administration building notice board.
