Consideration of the rehabilitation of a potential ghost sign located at 155 North Main Street. From Brent- For the 7up Sign, the building owner Jim Parks is very happy to let us preserve the sign. We will send him the necessary forms to do this and Maverick will fund preservation of this sign. Propose innovative and efficient ways to effectively invest in the Historic Downtown district. 2. Propose economically viable policies that are conducive to the economic health and preservation of Historic Downtown.
