NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, September 26, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening and approval of minutes of the September 12, 2013 meeting.
2. Conditional use permit for a duplex at 317 West Burton Lane ? Douglas Stanger.
3. Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for Mutton Hollow Estates at 61 East Mutton Hollow Road ? Mike Bastian.
4. Final plat approval for Iva View Subdivision at 17 West Shepard Lane ? Steve Israelson.
5. Final plat approval for The Cottages at Hyde Park at approximately 530 North Main Street ? Ovation Homes.
6. Call to the public.
