3.	Rainey Homes ? Applicant is requesting a recommendation of Final Plat approval for the Miller Meadows Phase 5 Conservation Subdivision (10 lots) on property on 3.92 acres located at approximately 450 West 600 South in an AE zone. (S-4-13)
	
4.	Lew Swain ? Applicant is requesting a recommendation of Final Plat approval for the Oakwood Estates Phase 6 Conservation Subdivision (2 lots) on property on .91 acres located at approximately 500 West and Oakwood Circle in an LR-F zone. (S-13-13)

Additional information is needed in order to take action on the item; OR 2. if the Planning Commission feels there are unresolved issues that may need additional attention before the Commission is ready to make a motion.  No agenda item will begin after 10:00 p.m. without a unanimous vote of the Commissioners.  The Commission may carry over Agenda items, scheduled late in the evening and not heard to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
