Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers located at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 South Redwood Road, 3rd Floor, before the City Council on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. to obtain citizen input regarding the West Jordan Police Department?s application for an ?EDWARD BRYNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT? for 2013.  The application for use of the funds is for $34,538.00, and will be available for review, inspection, and public comment beginning Friday, July 12, 2013, in the City Clerk/Recorders Office, located in City Hall, 3rd Floor, and also on the City?s website: www.wjordan.com    Any questions concerning this public meeting or questions regarding the application, should contact Melanie Briggs, City Clerk, 801-569-5117, or Sgt.
