Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider a conditional use permit for the new office building height that exceeds the allowed as per City Ordinance, for Lot 405 of the Legacy Crossing at Parrish Lane development, 1148 West Legacy Crossing Blvd., located in the C-VH(PD) Zone.
