Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider a conditional use permit for a public utility substation for the Chase Lane Culinary Water Pump House, located at 70 East Chase Lane, for the construction of a new well site in the R-L Zone.
