The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 655 West Center Street, Midvale, Utah. The City Council will be considering a request to rezone the 9.57 acre parcel located at approximately 7612 S. Holden St. (NW corner Holden St. and 7800 South) from the Bingham Junction Zone with the Junction at Midvale Overlay to the Bingham Junction Zone with the Silver Refinery Overlay. This request is being made by Henry Walker Homes.
