NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that Pleasant Grove City will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove City Council Chambers 86 East 100 South Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s):
Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance to rezone 38 acres of property from RR (Rural Residential) to R1-20 (Single Family Residential) zone, located at approximately 1450 West 3300 North; and providing for an effective date. (Applicant: the Warnick Family) (MANILA NEIGHBORHOOD)
Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending the Transportation Master Plan in regards to the planned connection of 800 North to 100 East. (LITTLE DENMARK NEIGHBORHOOD)
