Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, in consideration of a conditional use permit for operating a fast-food restaurant in a C-H (Commercial-High) Zone, and final site plan for the expansion of the existing gas station, located at 1011 South Main Street.
