Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.
The agenda shall be as follows:

2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B, swimming pool contractor at 1154 South Kays Drive ? Ryan Blocker.
3. Conditional use permit for farm animals at 963 East Manchester Road ? Kathryn Bean.

5. Public hearing and final plat approval and planned residential unit development overlay zone for Caldran?s Cove Subdivision Phase 1 at approximately 240 West 770 North ? Var Calder.
6. Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for The Woods at Windsor Lane Subdivision at approximately 600 East Windsor Lane ? Chris Martineau.
