Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission and City Council will conduct public hearings on Proposed Revisions to the Land Development Code (Sections 19.04.240, Public School Bus Lot Zone). The Planning Commission hearing will be conducted on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. The City Council hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the Saratoga Springs City Offices located at 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah.
Questions regarding these proposed revisions may be directed to the City of Saratoga Springs, telephone 766-9793. Copies of this proposed application are available for public inspection at the City Office (1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah) Monday-Thursday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
