2.	Consideration for adoption of a resolution of the City Council of the City of Saratoga 
Springs, Utah (?The Issuer?), authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $6,500,00 aggregate principal amount of water revenue bonds, series 2013 (?the series 2013 bonds?) and related matters. 
3.	Joint Agreement between UDOT and City of Saratoga Springs (Pony Express Widening).
4.	Approval of the Joint Federal Aid Agreement for Pony Express Trail. 
5.	Reports:
