NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF PARCELS
OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers 86 East 100 South, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to declare its intent to declare certain parcels of real property as surplus and to dispose of parcels of real property by quit claim deed to the Utah Department of Transportation. The parcels include the right-of-way along Pleasant Grove Blvd from I-15 up to and including the intersection with North County Blvd (2000 West). These parcels were intended to be transferred to UDOT at the time that the I-15 Interstate construction was completed. The City has already been compensated by the State for these parcels.
Written protests may be filed at the City Recorder?s Office, 70 S. 100 E., Pleasant Grove, Utah during regular business hours. Anyone interested may attend and comment on the proposed surplus and disposition of property.
A map of the parcels is available at the Recorder?s office.
