NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fruit Heights City Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at City Hall, 
located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights, at 7:00 P.M. 
                   The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

2.	APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING ?August 07, 2012; No meeting was held August 21, 2012
            Meeting of September 4, 2012 was cancelled until September 11, 2012

By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, 
the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter.

9.	ADJOURNMENT
Next City Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 18, 2012.
