PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunset City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 7, 2012, at the Sunset City Office Building, 200 West 1300 North, Sunset, Utah. Said meeting shall begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Any information or items for the Council?s consideration must be furnished at least ten (10) working days prior to the scheduled meeting to give the needed time to study the request. Agenda shall be as follows:

A. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME
B. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by Mayor Bangerter
C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES ? July 17, 2012 and July 26, 2012
D. APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS - $59,910.63
E. CITIZEN COMMENTS
1. Discussion and possible approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Davis County relating to the establishment of a Davis County Council of Governments
2. Discussion and possible approval of a Mutual Aid Agreement with Hill Air Force Base
3. Discuss the 2012 Sunset City Fun Days Celebration and set the date for the 2013 Sunset City Fun Days Celebration
4. Discussion and possible approval of employee bonuses
5. Council Member reports and general information
