- CITY OF OREM NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Orem City Council will hold the following public hearings on April 9, 2024, at approximately 6:00 p.m. to consider the following: - PUBLIC HEARING - REZONE - Enacting Article 22-11-66 (PD-53 zone) and Appendix OO of the Orem City code and amending Article 22-5-3 (A) and the zoning map of the City of Orem by rezoning the property located generally at 1960 North State Street from the C2 zone to the PD-53 zone (approximately 6.8 acres) The proposed amendments are available in the Office of Development Services, Room #105, 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah. If you have any questions regarding the proposed zone change or amendments, contact the Development Services Department at 801-229-7058. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the City Council Meetings, please call the City Recorder's Office.
