- Notice of Public Hearing On the evening of May 14th 2024 at 5:00 pm, in the Weber County Commission Chambers, 1st floor of the Weber Center at 2380 Washington Blvd, the Western Weber Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an applicant-driven request to rezone approximately 72.75 acres from the Agricultural A-2 zone to the Residential R1-15 zone. The A-1 zone has a minimum lot area requirement of 40,000 square feet. The R1-15 zone will generally allow 15,000 square-foot single-family dwelling lots, the actual area of which may be averaged across all lots within the development.
