- In accordance with Utah Code § 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted Ordinance 24-18, Regulating, Preventing, and Banning the Discharge of Fireworks within Certain Areas of the City on April 22, 2024. This ordinance was adopted per the requirements of Utah Code 15A-5-202.5, establishing a map of the restricted areas in the city for fireworks.
