- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING MAY 2, 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to include standards in Title 19 'Zoning', Chapter 19.02 'Definitions', Chapter 19.06 'Land Use Regulations', and Chapter 19.26 'Mixed-Use/Transit Oriented Development (MU-TOD) Zoning District' for in-patient medical facilities as a permitted use in certain zones. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
