2. BOA 2024-02: Consideration and action on a request for a 5-foot variance to the front yard setback and a 10-foot
variance to the rear yard setback to facilitate the construction of a single-family residence at 6743 Chaparral Drive,
Eden. This request was previously approved on 3/18/2021, but has expired, per Weber County LUC 102-3-5(d)(1)' If the
board has decided in favor of a variance request, the approval is valid for a period of 18 months. If an approved
variance request has not been acted upon within this time frame, the approval shall expire and become void.' The
applicant is seeking a second approval of this same request.
