This Council Meeting is an off site tour and will be conducted in-person. Residents may attend and participate in the tour but will need to arrange their own transportation for the entirety of the tour.
The initial meeting location is Glass House located at 4563 West Kestrel Ridge Road, South Jordan, UT 84009. A tour itinerary is attached to this agenda for public review. Time permitting, each tour location listed on the itinerary will include a stop.

ITINERARY
4:30 PM Council and Staff Dinner
5:00 PM Council and Staff depart City Hall on City Bus
5:30 PM Meet at Glass House

- Map introduction and overview of Daybreak and the tour.
5:45 PM Board Bus (Time permitting each location will include a stop)

Location 1: Lake Bridge Drive from Oquirrh Lake Road to Oquirrh Mountain LDS Temple
o Begin at Lake Bridge Drive and Oquirrh Lake Road, follow Lake Bridge Drive to Blue Mesa Way and turn left on Fern Ridge Drive.
o Purpose: Participants will see a mix of housing types at single family scale integrated on the same street.

Location 2: Corner of Topview Road and Talquin Lane.
o Purpose: Integration of single family, stacked condo,
paired homes, and paseo (shared front yard) all at similar scale working together.

Location 3: 11102 South Kestrel Rise Road
o Take Isla Daybreak across the island to Kestrel Rise Road, left on Kestrel Rise Road.
o Purpose: Example of a 'transect' from small single- story cottages to multi story townhomes, to office and 3 story harbor townhomes.

Location 4: Daybreak Parkway to Lake Run Road to Split Rock Drive
o Head north on Lake Run Road from Daybreak Parkway
o Turn right on Split Rock Drive then left at Porcini Drive
o Continue north to Porcini Drive and Dock Street
o Purpose: Mix of 3 different styles of townhomes with single family included in one block. Fine grain mix of architecture and mixing housing types on the block makes density less noticeable.
Location 5: Kestrel Rise Road and Split Rock Drive
o Take Dock Street to Kestrel Rise and turn right.
o Stop at intersection of Kestrel Rise Road and Split Rock Drive.
o Purpose: Modern paired homes
