Public Notice The Oakley City Council will hold a public hearing on: Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding Ruby Lane Subdivision at approximately 280 W. North Bench Road (parcels OTNB2-208-B and OTNB2-245-A.) Proposed subdivision includes 5 lots on 20.16 acres. Applicant is Nicholas and Debra Tarrant. See attached plat (subject to change.) PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 5:00 p.m. April 22, 2024. These comments will be reviewed by Councilmembers prior to meeting of City Council.
