NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AGRICULTURE PROTECTION AREA
(Kay 2016 addition 2024)

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Utah County Commission, on Wednesday April 24, 2024, at 2:00 P.M., in Room 1400, County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah, to consider an Agriculture Protection Area for the Kay 2016 addition Section 2, Township IO South, Range I East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, with a total area of 9.89 acres. Modifications to the proposed Agriculture Protection Area: exclude all county roads rights-of-way as requested by the public works department. The Utah County Planning Commission recommended that the proposed Agricultural Protection Area with roads modifications be approved. The Utah County Agricultural Advisory Board recommended the same that the proposed Agricultural Protection Area with roads modifications be approved. Any person or entity may attend the public hearing and comment for or against the proposed Agriculture Protection Area or provide written objection to the proposal to the Utah County Commission prior to the date of the public hearing.
