Center Council Chambers, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. Meetings are typically

6. Approval of Minutes - The minutes of City Council meetings from April 1, 2024 will be
reviewed. (5 minutes)
7. Consent Agenda - (Items do not require public comment or discussion and can all be approved by
a single motion. The following consent agenda item was presented for approval. (5 minutes)
a) Resolution #2024-10-R; Authorizing certain employees to access and manage the State of
Utah Public Treasurers' Investment Fund (PTIF) on behalf of Lindon City.
8. Presentation & Discussion: Orem Fire Department contract services. Representatives from
Orem Fire Department will present information to the City Council regarding the contract services
they provide to Lindon. (60 minutes)
9. Public Hearing: Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Impact Fee Analyses for water & wastewater
and ordinance updates; Ordinance 2024-5-O. The City Council will review and consider
adoption of the IFFP and IFA for both culinary water and wastewater with associated adoption of
impact fees, and will also consider ordinance updates to LCC 11.08 (Lindon City Storm Water
Impact Fee Ordinance) and 11.04 (Impact Fees). (35 minutes)
10. Discussion Item - FY2024-25 Budget Discussion. The City Council will review for discussion
the FY2024-25 draft budget, fee schedule, compensation plans, and other budget related matters.

11. Discussion Item: 2024 Grand Marshal. The Council will discuss and consider possible Grand
Marshal(s) for the 2024 Lindon Days celebration. (5 minutes)
