Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 05:30 PM on 04/10/2024. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

a. QUARTERLY SAFETY PRIZE DRAWING. Drawing for the quarterly safety prize for qualifying Price City employees.
b. RECOGNITION. Recognition of Angela Jones for her effort and work assisting the Price City Youth Council.
c. ROAD SCHOLAR CERTIFICATION RECOGNITION: BRETT BLACKHAM & WILL PAYNE- Price City Council to recognize Brett Blackham and Will Payne for their recent individual achievements in successfully completing all of the requirements for the Road Scholar Program through the Utah Local Technical Assistance Program (Utah LTAP).
d. PROCLAMATION. Reading and possible approval of a proclamation declaring May 10, 2024 as [child care] Provider Appreciation Day in Price City.
e. RESOLUTION NO. 2024-006. Consideration and possible approval of a Resolution Updating and Amending the Price City Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.
f. RESOLUTION NO. 2024-007. Consideration and possible approval of A Resolution Authorizing a Tax Certificate and Agreement for UAMPS' Firm Power Supply Project; And Related Matters.
g. RESOLUTION NO. 2024-008 DESERT WAVE POOL ADMISSION AND SWIM PASS FEES INCREASE. Consideration and possible approval of proposed increases for daily admission and pass fees for the Desert Wave Pool. Effective date of pricing increase is May 1, 2024.

a. MINUTES for 03-27-2024 City Council Workshop & City Council
b. K-9 TRAINING. Consideration and possible approval for facility psychiatric service dog training package for PeeDee, Price City Police K-9, with Dog Training Elite Utah County.
c. FLEET INCREASE REQUEST STREET DEPARTMENT 10-WHEELER - Consideration and possible approval of a fleet increase request for a 10-wheel dump truck for the Street Department. Vehicle will be added to Price City's 5-year Capital Improvement Plan and will be purchased in a future year.
d. APPROVAL/RATIFICATION OF GRANT SUBMISSION. Approval and ratification of a grant application to the State of Utah OED for the 40101(d) grant funds for electric system hardening improvements.
e. UPPER PRICE RIVER EIS - NRCS PL 566 CONTRACT EXTENSION LETTER- Consideration and possible approval of a request for the NRCS to extend the ending date for the Upper Price River EIS to May 22,2025.
f. UMSP CONTRACT. Consideration and possible approval of an amended scope of work for a Utah Main Street Program grant from signs and window screens to sidewalk replacement in the downtown area (highest hazard areas), $13,000 UMSP grant and $10,000 Price City cash match.
