a. March 12, 2024 City Council Business Meeting.
b. March 26, 2024 City Council Work Session.
5. Public Hearing: Proposed Resolution R24-10 declaring Police Canine Jax and related equipment as surplus and authorizing transfer to another governmental entity. (10 min.)
6. Public Hearing: Proposed Resolution R24-11 waiving room rental fees and deposits for the North Davis Communities that Care (CTC) bi-monthly meetings held in calendar years 2024 and 2025. (5 min.)
7. Proposed Resolution R24-12 approving comprehensive edits to the Syracuse City Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual by making adjustments throughout. (10 min.)
8. Proposed Ordinance 24-06 amending Syracuse City Code Section 10.30.020(B)(3) pertaining to minimum garage depths. (5 min.)
9. Proposed Ordinance 24-07 eliminating the Board of Adjustment and assigning the Board's duties to a Hearing Officer. (5 min.)
10. Proposed Ordinance 24-08 repealing and re-enacting Code provisions dealing with the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). (5 min.)
11. Proposed Ordinance 24-09 amending Section 8-10-090 of the Syracuse City Code pertaining to conveyance of irrigation water associated with non-residential development. (5 min.)
12. Authorize Administration to award contract for Dog Park construction project. (10 min.)
13. Proposed Resolution R24-13 restricting and regulating the use of pressure-irrigation water during 2024. (5 min.)
14. Consideration and action on proposed amendment to contract between Syracuse City and Utah Division of Water Resources pertaining to water utility billing software. (5 min.)
