Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-2and 11-36a-504, notice is hereby given that Lindon
City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to adopt impact
fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to drinking water rights
and water supply, treatment, storage and distribution; and wastewater collection and conveyance.
The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs is all areas within the Lindon
City boundary and any areas to be served by the Lindon City drinking water and wastewater
collection systems.
All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the
process of updating, adopting, and implementing the referenced documents. Written comments
may be submitted to the City, to the attention of: Noah Gordon, City Engineer, 946 W Center St,
Lindon, Utah 84042 or via email: ngordon@lindoncity.org. A public hearing on these matters
will occur on Monday, April 15, 2024 at the Lindon City Center, 100 N. State Street, Lindon, UT
84651.
