i. Wallsburg Town Planning Commission has reviewed a request from Dale and Carrie Mecham to make some parcel boundary adjustments to existing Lots of Record and hereby recommends to the Wallsburg Town Council that revised Lot of Record certification letters confirming adjusted boundaries be issued.
ii. Vote to accept Planning Commission recommendation and issue revised Lot of Record certification letters or continue for further discussion.
b. Lawnmower Repair and Replacement - Information and Discussion Only
i. Discuss status of repairing and replacing the Wallsburg Town lawnmower.
c. Water System Improvement Project Update - Information and Discussion Only
i. Discuss status of Water System improvement project.
d. Fiber Internet Grant Project Update - Information and Discussion Only
i. Discuss status of grant project for Fiber Internet project.
